The band Plane Manu consists of, left to right, Bram Laan † (guitar and vocals), Lene Tevoortwis (bass), Florian Hoefnagels (drums and percussion) and Sam Sidawi (sound, keys, recordings, mixes and masters). The band solely plays its own work, consisting of compositions by Bram Laan. On the song Back, the bass party was played by Danny Samar. The music is varied and characteristic. Characteristic of the sound is the singing and the game showing a high degree of originality and self-esteem. Bram is often compared to Peter Gabriel and Sting, two musical magnets that inspire him.
